Founded in 2001
Our adventure began with a simple desire: to share our passion. First through our coffee break service, still operating in the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region, and then through our cozy little bistros, where people came to enjoy a delicious coffee… but where they stayed to chat, laugh, and spend quality time with family and friends. Our last bistro was sold in 2010, but our passion lives on in every bean we select and in every customer we welcome.
